Do you carry a personal malpractice insurance policy why or why not: No I am covered by the hospital

Your most pressing concerns with the profession and healthcare: One concern that I have is the influence that insurance companies have on how long patients are in the hospital and what can and cant be done. I feel that often times the patient doesn't get the care they deserve or the patient and family teaching they need. Understaffing and short stays play a big part in the problem also.
What attracted you to the field of Nursing: Helping others and many nurses in the family that enoy their work
