Your_most_pressing_concerns_with_the_profession_and_healthcare: The Nursing profession has a great deal of PR problems and poor image.Most I have found is among our colleagues, nurses tend to loose sight of our role in total patient health and seldom see ourselves as leaders in the implementation of healing and restoration of health for our patients.I believe as more nurses start to see the profession as seperate and comlimenting to medicine rather than subservient to it we will fix what ails us and in doing so make great strides toward repairing the delivery of healthcare.
