Your most pressing concerns with the profession and healthcare: Nurses need to form corporations and sublet their talents and skill to the hospitals at a premium. They should also be running the place since they are the largest in numbers. Nurses also need to learn how to stick together and abandon some of the in fighting and wastes of time like that. We need to see the long term goal not the non-sense right now that won't matter tomorrow.
