to operate a business: They listen well to the needs of the customers patients

Your most pressing concerns with the profession and healthcare: I think
that instructors teaching us that we are a downtrodden profession is a
crime. We should be working with physicians instead of bowing and scraping
as we deal with our clients on a more consistent basis and as professionals
with excellent assessment skills should not take a back seat to anyone.
