Your most pressing concerns with the profession and healthcare: There appears to be such discontent inside the nursing profession. There is no unity. I have worked in both US and Canada and the nurses do not stand together. Each one is on her/his own little island looking out for themselves. Also I feel that we do not get the respect from the physicians that we deserve. Physicians do not seem to acknowledge or appreciate our abilities knowledge and skills.
