why or why not?: No. I have not met a nurse who needed to use her own insurance.
Your most pressing concerns with the profession and healthcare:
Nursing shortage and the fact that current nurses are discouraging others from becoming a nurse.
Also increased paperwork for bedside nurses. It is very difficult to provide full nursing care because of the mounds of paperwork required. New forms arrive frequently.
Have you ever considered leaving the profession? If yes, what options
have you explored?: Yes. I have considered something in forensics. Or
possibly owning a small business.
What attracted you to the field of Nursing?: Respected profession and
desire to help others.
