Northwest Mississippi Community College / School of Nursing (LPN, ADN):"Due to the purpose and objectives of the Associate Degree Nursing Program, the requirements for admission to the program differ from the general admission requirements. Meeting the minimum standards for admission to the college does not guarantee admission to the nursing program. The number of students admitted each semester is dependent upon educational resources available to the school. Two classes are admitted each year. Once a student is deemed qualified for admission to the nursing program, he/she is placed on the waiting list and admitted as space is available. The fall class is selected in April and the spring class is selected in November each year."
