Minneapolis School of Anesthesia (NP):"The Minneapolis School of Anesthesia offers a twenty-seven month program in nurse anesthesia. It is owned and operated by eight members: Hennepin County Medical Center, Fairview University Medical Center, North Memorial Medical Center, Fairview Southdale Hospital, Methodist Hospital, Fairview Ridges Hospital in Minneapolis; and United Hospitals and HealthEast in St. Paul. HealthEast hospitals, used by the School, include St. John's and St. Joseph's. Clinical experience is provided in the member hospitals on a rotating basis. Each student will rotate to five of the nine facilities during the program. Students also receive experience in a same day surgery facility and in a rural hospital."

Minnesota State University / School of Nursing (LPN Option, RN to BSN, MSN):"Since 1953, Minnesota State University, Mankato School of Nursing has offered a program leading to a bachelor of science degree with a major in nursing. Three options exist: Basic Option, RN Option, and Accelerated Option. The LPN Option is currently on hold. The program is approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing, which authorizes graduates to take the NCLEX-RN. Graduates are qualified for Public Health Nurse certification and also meet the requirements for school nurse licensure. The School of Nursing also offers a graduate program designed to prepare advanced practice nurses. Graduate students earn a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree."

Minnesota State University Moorhead / Department of Nursing (BSN):"The upper division baccalaureate nursing program for registered nurses began at Moorhead State University (now Minnesota State University Moorhead) in 1976, with the first degrees awarded in 1978. The program received initial accreditation in 1978 from the National League for Nursing and has been continually accredited since then. In July 2001, the MSUM Nursing Department joined with North Dakota State University and Concordia College Nursing Departments in the Tri-College University Nursing Consortium (TCU-NC), simultaneously with the beginning of the TCU-NC Graduate Nursing program. MSUM continues to offer ONLY the RN to BSN program. In the fall of 2002, the TCU-NC received its initial visit by Program Evaluators as part of the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accreditation process."
